Commission Information
Hey there! Thank you for your interest!This page is a WIP but please feel free to email me with questions as I work on this.
I deal in a few types of media including digital illustrations, 3D models and sprite art, and I'm currently open for commission work!What Do You Draw/Design?* Original Characters
* Fanart
* NSFW or pinup art
* Website art (for sites, socials, emojis, banners, ect.)
* Sprite art
* Custom 3D models (tabletop, collectibles, figurines)What Don't You Draw/Design?* Extreme fetishes
* Imitations of another artist's style
* Hate speech, discrimination, or political/religious content
* Excessive gore or violencePlease note these lists are non-exhaustive and I have the right to refuse a commission without explanation.What's the Process?Here's the general flow:1. Submit commission inquiry form to me (with references). (WIP)2. I’ll review and reply by email. If you don’t hear back, assume the commission was declined.3. I'll provide a rough sketch/mock-up + price quote.4. We'll discuss revisions and seek final approval.5. Payment requested at this time.6. Rendering begins (WIPs available).7. Final PNG (or STL/print) delivered.What's the Full Process for an Illustration? (Digital art, sprite art)Please submit a commission inquiry form through google docs. (FORM WIP)Note that by completing this form you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed on this post.This will cover how we can reach out to each other and give general information on what you are interested in. Reference images and details are very helpful to clarify what you're looking for and I can view them through imgur and drive link.Once I receive this form I will email back as soon as possible. If you do not receive an email back in a timely fashion please assume I have declined the commission at this time. For organizational reasons I prefer to keep communication through email where possible.After the commission inquiry is reviewed, I will send a reply email letting you know you've been accepted along with a rough sketch/mock-up of the project along with a an initial price quote. This will be the best time to communicate any changes/clarifications you need to make to the project before we move forward.After all changes are made, a final cleaned up sketch/model is sent over for final approval. Please try to be as sure as you can at this point we have all the details for the project communicated at this point!Here are some examples of a sketch/model:

If we are able to move forward at this time then an invoice requesting payment through Paypal is emailed.Once payment is completed, I will begin rendering the project. Please feel free to request work in progress images. I'm more than happy to share the process! Any major adjustments at this point such as a new pose, outfit or idea could result in a change on the quoted price as needed. Minor changes and adjustments such as color and facial expressions are typically non-consequential and I'm happy to help with this.After the project is completed a full-sized png of the illustration is sent through email. Digital illustrations will generally be 300dpi and 11 x 7 inch unless requested otherwise. Pixel arts will vary depending on the topic and use case, but a full character art will usually be a 800 x 600px image.What's the Process for a 3D project? (stl, and/or 3D print)Generally this will be the same as an illustration, a mock up of the 3D file will be sent pending prior final approval before the stl is designed. Once approved, payment is requested.Completed stls for 3D printing can also be printed and/or painted by me. Printing is done in resin with SUNLOO ABS Like Resin, typically at 0.03 mm resolution. 3D prints are sanded and filed but please note minor scarring on the material due to supports is still possible. Painting is done using Army Painter and Vallejo brand acrylics and sealed with an airbrushing of Matt Varnish to protect. Please refer to my 3D print photos for examples.Refund PolicyIf you require a refund and the commission has not been worked on after the final approval draft, I am happy to refund you.If work has begun on the project, partial refunds may be provided and will depend on progress made on the artwork.No refunds are given once a commission is completed.Art UsageBy default any commissions taken are posted to social media,online portfolios or are used for promotional proposes. If you are not comfortable with this art being public or used as such, please let me know!Fan art or pop culture related commissions may be sold by me through online stores or through conventions. I will not sell any artwork related to your original characters.Using commissioned artwork for your personal use (such as icons, banner, cellphone case, t-shirts, profile pictures) is certainly allowed as long as the purpose is non-profit and non-commercial.Reselling commissioned artwork is prohibited.I retain copyright to the artwork provided, but not to any characters depicted I did not originally design.Please feel free to post the artwork on your social media as you like.
